Information Collection

We only gather information that is essential or beneficial in ensuring quality of service. If personal information is required for secondary purposes such as marketing or newsletters, you will be asked directly for your express consent and provided with an opportunity to opt out. Credit Card details are collected to allow for direct billing in the instance you are unable to attend a session (e.g., if we see your child in a school setting, at home or childcare) or on your request. Preferred billing options are selected prior to commencing services.

Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties

In general, Information will only be provided to third parties (e.g. teachers, doctors, therapists) if the information is required to ensure effective service provision or with your consent. Consent forms are completed in your initial appointment.

During direct debits of credit cards, your credit card number and expiry date will be entered into our practice management software, Health Kit. This is a secure gateway for invoicing and payment.

We will not disclose your personal information without your consent unless disclosure is either necessary to prevent a threat to life or health, authorised or required by law, reasonably necessary to enforce the law or necessary to investigate a suspected unlawful activity.
