What is Telehealth?

Amid the ongoing challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic and the access to smart services today, our Telehealth service at Posity is rapidly becoming a preferred and important service for our participants. Our Telehealth service at Posity aims to ease and ensure that all our participants continue to receive our best NDIS support services – Speech Therapy or Occupational Therapy with us even during the pandemic.

Therefore, instead of driving to us for a Face-to-Face session with your therapist at Posity, Telehealth’s alternative and effective health therapy services at Posity now allows you to meet your therapist safely online by scheduling a face-to-face appointment virtually using video conferencing tools or arranging appointments over the phone.

Is telehealth right for me?

Telehealth at Posity is conducted the same way as walk-in therapy, however in a virtual environment. We understand that our participants require different needs and techniques during their therapy session or other factors that may be involved during Telehealth such as learning technical skills to function as video conferencing tools. Thus, to ensure that our telehealth service works best in supporting your needs, our health experts will assess your condition and assist you with your therapy transition.

How to access Telehealth?

Your comfort, convenience and safety matter most to us.

Therefore, our telehealth services will be conducted online through video conferencing tools such as Zoom, Google Meet and Coviu. Upon using these conferencing tools, our therapists will send invitation links to your email to join them on your telehealth session. Don’t worry, if you are unable to find the meeting invitation links or how to access our conferencing tools, simply ask our therapist and they shall assist you along your transition journey.

How do I arrange or cancel my appointments?

Simple. If you are currently our client, simply talk to us and we shall have a discussion with your therapist upon your telehealth appointments or transitioning your therapy sessions. Rest assured that similar to a Face-to-Face therapy session while you visit us, all online therapy sessions remain private and confidential. Posity takes further precautions too in ensuring that all shared information over the internet is safe.


Payment can be done via Debit/Credit card, or NDIS funding (Agency Managed, Plan Managed and Self-Managed).
